By downloading and using Ledg ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Ledg grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal financial tracking purposes. This license does not include the right to:
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others.
Ledg and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Ledg, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Ledg disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property rights. Ledg does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.
In no event shall Ledg be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, revenue, or profits, or errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content. Your sole remedy is the refund of your purchase price.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ledg from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Ledg may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without notice or liability.
Ledg reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
